KELLY BOLIN, PH.DCHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

    As Chief People Officer, Kelly oversees the Human Resources organization and serves as a collaborative thought partner with Weifield’s Leadership Team on enterprise-wide strategy and organizational development. He sets a forward-looking vision that centers people and culture in leading staff, managing change, and making strong business decisions.

    For 30 years, Kelly has advised companies in the areas of human capital strategy, organization effectiveness, organizational design, change strategies, and productivity and efficiency. Prior to joining Weifield, Kelly served as the U.S. Leader of HR Transformation & Organizational Design for HCL Digital Consulting, a $1B division of HCL. Prior to HCL, Kelly was the first Vice President and Partner at Strong-Bridge Envision, where he served as U.S. Leader over all Human Capital Management Consulting for 10 years and played an instrumental role in growing the firm from $1M to $50M. In addition, Kelly has held senior leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mercer HR Consulting, and Ernst & Young Management Consulting – and has advised numerous other organizations as to human capital strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

    Kelly holds a B.A. degree in Business Psychology from Pepperdine University, and Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the California School of Organizational Studies (CSPP) in Los Angeles. As a young man, Kelly went through an electrical apprenticeship and worked in electrical construction for more than five years.

    Kelly grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, and after 10 years in Los Angeles, has enjoyed calling Denver home for over 25 years. He’s been married to his wife of 32 years and has four grown children whom he loves being with. On those rare moments of solitude, you’ll find Kelly in the mountains out on a river with a fly rod.
