As Executive Director of Preconstruction, Russell is responsible for preconstruction sales, strategy, processes and development for all business units in all regions including Colorado, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.   His experience in project verticals includes aviation, corporate, distribution, education, entertainment, government, healthcare, hospitality, industrial/manufacturing, infrastructure, military, mission critical, non-profit, retail, science technology, water and wastewater.  He focuses on building and leading teams, refining processes, training, analytics, strategic approach, and delivering results.

Russell came to Weifield Group with a business background in 2004.  In years following, he has served in the roles of Project Manager, Executive, and Director prior leading the Preconstruction department.   He excels in design-build, design-assist, and traditional plan/spec delivery methods.  Russell is an active participant in the AGC as well as the IEC Rocky Mountain where he currently sits on the Board of Directors.
