Kudos to our Tennessee December, 2024 Employee of the Month — Chris F., Weifield Tennessee Superintendent!
The December, 2024 Employee of the Month round included nominations for those employees who have executed the highest quality layout drawings that the field does when they map out their conduits/electrical runs, etc. on the job site.
Chris F. (Superintendent) was nominated by Kelsey H. (Operations Executive Assistant) & Lauren C. (Journeyman).
Said Kelsey: “Chris F. demonstrates exceptional dedication and precision in his role, consistently delivering high-quality layout drawings. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering work ethic set a remarkable standard for excellence.”
Said Lauren: “I nominate Chris F., my Superintendent at War Memorial. He is the most efficient and best superintendent I’ve ever worked with. He continues to push his foremen through effective training to make deadlines through his own experiences and schedules. Through his processes and experience, he has developed proper time management, quality control, effective communication, and training. He is an example of the type of leader I want to be in the future and what we should strive for in leadership roles. He always puts the crew first!”
Chris is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
