Congratulations to Weifield’s Edgewater Civic Center project team for being named Weifield’s July, 2018 Crew of the Month!
This design-assist project with Alliance Construction (GC) — started last October, 2017 — is a new construction, 54,000 sq. ft city headquarters for Edgewater that will include a police station, fitness center, offices and library. The project is led by Weifield’s Kevin Bowman (PM), Jim Heckman (Field Supervisor), and Daniel Standke (Estimator); it is expected to complete this fall.
Weifield’s Crew of the Month teams are selected based on the following evaluation criteria:
- “Target Zero” safety record
- Jobsite cleanliness
- Positive attitude of the crew
- Demonstrated teamwork throughout the project
- Quality of work
- Meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Willingness to exceed expectations
- Crew attendance record
- Client feedback/praise
