As Director of Integration, Bret is responsible for ensuring project management methodologies, processes, systems, and forms are developed, updated, and shared across Weifield Group.  He is responsible for ensuring all levels of Project Managers (PM) including Senior PMs, PMs and Project Engineers (PE) have training and are knowledgeable about their role, this includes the onboarding process for new PM roles at Weifield as well as working closely with regional Operation Managers, General Superintendents, and other senior level leaders including the CFO, Controller and Head of Training as examples to help with ensuring our PMs are effective and efficient.

Bret came to us another local electrical contractor as a Project Manager in 2016. In years following, he has served rolls as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager prior to this roll.
