Weifield was the electrical design-build partner with Holland Construction (General Contractor) on the development of the Union Denver (17W) mixed-use residential high rise, in downtown Denver. The project began in 2014 and included three 13-story towers that house retail space, amenities, parking levels and residential apartments; the total gross square footage of the project was over a million sq. ft.
