The April, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who have executed the highest quality panel installations in the field.
Hunter F., Weifield Rocky Mountain Apprentice, was nominated by Steve B. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Foreman), Chris W. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent), Erin K. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Engineer), Angela S. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager), and Scott D. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent)., who said the following:
“Hunter has grown leaps and bounds out here in the last year. I’m very lucky to have him on my crew, and I know he will continue to do big things here at Weifield. He not only facilitated the rough-in and terminations of this panel, but also taught our new first years on how to perform the installation safely and efficiently. He really is a huge asset to Weifield.”
Hunter is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
