Kudos to our Texas April, 2024 Employee of the Month — Jacob L., Weifield Texas Journeyman!
The April, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who have executed the highest quality panel installations in the field.
Jacob was nominated by Leath M. (Weifield Texas Foreman), who said the following:
“Jacob executes the highest quality panel with his high attention to detail and cleanliness. He also passes that knowledge down to other employees wanting to learn from his skill and experience. He takes pride in his work through being efficient and performing all his work at the highest level.”
