Kudos to our Tennessee April, 2024 Employees of the Month — Kelly M., Weifield Tennessee Foreman, JT M., Weifield Tennessee Foreman, and Mark W., Weifield Tennessee Journeyman!
The April, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who have executed the highest quality panel installations in the field.
Kelly, JT and Mark were nominated by Carl H. (Weifield Tennessee Superintendent), who said the following:
“All three have the ability to lay out their installations and complete them in a very timely manner; the end result is aesthetically pleasing and allows the crew here at Convexity to remain lean and ahead of all of the other trades. They require no supervision other than giving them initial instructions, and their knowledge of the NEC and attention to detail ensures there is no rework. These three individuals are also very good at teaching the apprentices, which is key to ensuring succession, and building Weifield’s future.”
Kelly, JT and Mark are being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
