Kudos to our Rocky Mountain August, 2022 Employee of the Month — Eli P., Weifield Rocky Mountain Foreman!
The August, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Eli was nominated by Brian M. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent) who said the following:
From Brian: “Eli is the foreman running our Lockheed Project. Over the course of the past few months since Eli took over the project at Lockheed Martin he has excelled at not only building the relationship with Swinerton Construction but also with the Owner – Lockheed Martin. Eli has proven that he can be counted on to provide accurate information and deliver the project as required. A few weeks ago WGC had some detailed outage work and Lockheed Martin commented that they appreciated the way Eli and crew communicated with the entire team to keep the activity on course and safe at all times.”
Eli is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
