Congratulations to our Tennessee August, 2022 Employee of the Month — Shelby L., Weifield Tennessee Business Development Manager!
The August, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Shelby was nominated by Kelsey M. (Weifield Tennessee Executive Assistant), who said the following:
From Kelsey:“Shelby is brilliant and relentless in her pursuit of opportunities in the Tennessee market. She has opened doors for new relationships in TN with General Contractors (Brasfield and Gorrie, JE Dunn, HOAR Construction, to name a few), and each of these new connections have invited Weifield to bid on at a minimum one project post-connection. Shelby opened the doors for new relationships with other trade partners (ICT, Envision Advantage, Centric Architecture (Oracle), New City Properties, Kimley Horn, JJCA). She is extremely active in the Williamson/Davidson counties on Weifield’s behalf: serving on the host committee for The Nashville Zoo’s largest fundraiser, Sunset Safari; partnering with Operation Standdown on their Operation Commissary event; coordinating a ‘baby bundle’ giveaway with The American Red Cross, and more! She’s also involved with multiple associations while representing Weifield: NAIOP, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, YLC Council and AGC. Shelby’s commitment to developing relationships is an incredible asset to our team!”
