Congratulations to our Texas August, 2022 Employee of the Month — Joshua B., Weifield Texas RTT!
The August, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Joshua was nominated by Garrett K. (Weifield Texas General Superintendent), Alfredo S. (Weifield Texas Foreman) and Cesar V. (Weifield Texas RTT), who said the following:
From Garrett: “I am very proud of Joshua; he represents our entire PACT. He is someone I can count on to get things done in the field and has shown his knowledge and leadership to the rest of the team.”
From Alfredo: “Joshua not only stepped up back in the HEB Expansion First Phase, but has also showed leadership at the HEB Parkway project.”
From Cesar: “Joshua never waits for someone to tell him to do something, but rather takes the initiative and gets task done sooner than others.”
Joshua is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
