Kudos to our Tennessee December, 2023 Employee of the Month — Chris F., Weifield Tennessee Superintendent!
The December, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Chris was nominated by Danny P. (Weifield Tennessee Superintendent), who said the following:
“Chris has taken on a massive project that he did not start. Chris has hung in there regardless of the amount of mud he was dragged through. Since joining Weifield Chris has truly made an impact! He has truly lifted the morale at EMF and continues to impress the TN team. He has taken on a massive project that he did not start, and he has hung in there regardless of any issues that arise! We truly cannot thank Chris enough for his hard work and truly appreciate having him on the Weifield team!”
Chris is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
