Kudos to our Texas December, 2023 Employee of the Month — Tyrone K., Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The December, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Tyrone was nominated by Garrett K. (Weifield Texas General Superintendent) and Ivan M. (Weifield Texas Site Safety Manager), who said the following:
Said Garrett: “Tyrone has grown within Weifield to do several things showing trusting relationships through our safety program in keeping our employees safe and constantly training with Josh B. and Ivan M. Furthermore, he stepped up and has become our go to tremble point operator, training with Rob and Daniel. He continues to be someone we can count on, and he is always learning things that benefit his carrier and the Company. I am very proud of Tyrone stepping up and showing what Trusting Relationships truly are about.”
Said Ivan: “Mr. Tyrone K. has gone above and beyond with his dedication in creating trusting relationships. Safety is one of the hardest subjects to enforce in construction. Ever since Tyrone took on the safety role, he has been a positive influence for his team, demonstrating that a safe job is a productive job! Tyrones dedication has made him a valuable team player and has been a great fit for the Texas Safety team.”
Tyrone is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
