Kudos to our Texas March, 2023 Employee of the Month — John R., Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The March, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
John was nominated by Cyrus S. (Weifield Texas Journeyman, who said the following:
“John has great ambition and is quick on the feet. He is observing to other people’s mistakes and pays attention to not make those same mistakes. He had a manhole lid that was going to require tremendous work. Before he was laid out, he took the initiative to get this work done that required great skill. We are very impressed with his abilities as a first year apprentice. He is proactive and takes initiative to handle difficult projects with attention to detail.”
John is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
