Kudos to our Rocky Mountain March, 2023 Employees of the Month — Vicki L., Weifield Rocky Mountain Sr. HR Generalist and Stacy D., Weifield Rocky Mountain HR Coordinator!
The March, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Vicki and Stacey were nominated by Jill F. (Weifield Director of Marketing), who said the following:
“Vicki and Stacy have led the charge to complete tours at different job sites in recent months, getting to know our field teams – and they also lead our weekly New Hire Orientation presentations effectively to ensure our new hires are onboarded well. They also recently traveled to additional job sites and offices to explain the Benefits Enrollment process – ensuring the process was clear to our varying subsets of our office & field teams. Vicki has also joined the new Weifield Community Group – to help enhance Weifield’s community efforts in the future. This dynamic duo has embraced their multitude of HR responsibilities with a positive mindset — and we are fortunate to have them serving our internal community and collaborating with our various community partners! “
Vicki and Stacey are being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
