Kudos to our Rocky Mountain February, 2023 Employee of the Month — Daniel C., Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager!
The February, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Daniel was nominated by Scott D. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent), Angela S. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager), Angel G. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager), Erin K. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Engineer) and Penny B. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Senior Project Engineer), who said the following:
“Daniel is the liaison with IT and Finance to help facilitate training and implementation of processes within the NOCO Office. He strives to know the processes and procedures and always wants to be a part of the solution to close the gaps on processes that need a bit of mending. Daniel’s personality makes him easy to approach with a question or you need help on clarifying a process. Daniel is proactive, patient and always willing to help.”
Daniel is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
