Kudos to our Texas February, 2023 Employee of the Month — Rob B., Weifield Texas Project Manager!
The February, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Rob was nominated by Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager) and Garrett K. (Weifield Texas General Superintendent), who said the following:
“Rob is a real team player. He is continually working to train and find ways to save money when he’s working on the BIM. It is a pleasure working with him and seeing his commitment to our field teams. His speed and making everything seem so easy is remarkable. Our field teams have fallen in love with having Rob help them when it comes to points, layout or high-level BIM coordination. Rob is going to be a huge player for Weifield Texas going forward. Grateful to have him here.”
Rob is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
