Kudos to our Rocky Mountain February, 2024 Employee of the Month — Peter T., Weifield Rocky Mountain Apprentice!
The February, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who have executed the highest quality underground conduit installations in the field.
Peter was nominated by James V. S. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Foreman), who said the following:
“Peter has been a rockstar during our underground installations. He is very productive worker while also keeping up the quality of our installs. He soaks up knowledge like a sponge and is willing to do whatever is asked of him to get the job done right. We were able to utilize Prefab racks for our electrical rooms. We also have many trenches with multiple layers in the trench as shown in the pictures with feeders, branch, and control conduits. There are multiple trenches also of fiber optic and AV conduits. One highlight of our underground was still during the football season we had to run 5000’ of 4” conduit in a duct bank to re-route existing fiber optic lines to opposite side of the stadium to keep it up and running in about 4 weeks for the demolition of the west stands to start. We have also formed and encased multiple new fire pumps feeds. To date we have run 10,000’ of PVC conduit with many more still to come.”
Peter is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
