The February 2025 Employee of the Month round included nominations for those executing the highest quality underground conduit installations in the field!
Aemiliano G. (Apprentice) was nominated by Dustin F. (Foreman).
Said Dustin: “I would like to nominate Aemiliano G.; underground work isn’t the most glamorous, but it can make or break a project. Aemilano recognizes this and shows up daily to perform. He asks questions, he is always eager to help, and overall he has a great attitude (even in sub-freezing temperatures). All of this combined with his attention to detail will be a huge factor in the successful underground installation at Project Waterfall!”
