Kudos to our Texas February, 2025 Employee of the Month — Mike S., Weifield Texas Industrial Superintendent!
The February 2025 Employee of the Month round included nominations for those executing the highest quality underground conduit installations in the field!
Mike S. (Industrial Superintendent) was nominated by Nelson F. (Vice President, Texas Industrial).
Said Nelson: “Mike did a great job on this project. There was so much conduit that was below-grade of the slab in the electrical building, we had to do this in layers — meaning, we had to dig out the complete building below the slab by an extra four feet and put the conduit in 12” layers back up to the bottom of the beams for the slab. This took a great deal of coordination to make sure the conduits were stubbed up in the correct location.”
Mike is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
