On June 13th, Jim Dent (Weifield Preconstruction VP) and partner, Kevin Perri from Noresco, were invited to present to over 30 architects, engineers, and end users in the Houston, Texas area on the topic of the 2015/2018 International Energy Code Conservation changes!
In their presentation, Jim and Kevin detailed the impact the 2015 / 2018 IECC mandates will have on the AEC community as it relates to design, construction and commissioning of modern buildings – and discussed myriad options for IECC compliance with respect to energy-efficient strategies and commissioning approaches.
Jim and Kevin have given a similar presentation to numerous other partners and city and state government officials, including the City & County of Denver — with more sessions scheduled in the future. We’ll keep you informed as to Weifield’s continuing role in this valuable code training activity!
