Congratulations to Weifield’s Ivinson Memorial Hospital 3rd Floor T.I. project team for being named our May, 2019 Crew of the Month!
This project in Laramie, WY – led by Weifield’s Dalton Heidorn (PM), James Sammon (Superintendent), and Connor Bonnicksen (Estimator) — consists of a tenant improvement and new construction of a 26,400 sq. ft. additional story to the existing medical office building that was occupied during construction. The project started in January, 2019, and is expected to complete by September.
Weifield’s Crews of the Month are selected via numerous criteria including safety, quality of work, schedule, teamwork, attendance, meeting financial targets, and formal client feedback/praise. According to Heidorn, the Ivinson crew was selected due to their strong team focus.
“They have been working together for a while now and are a solid moving unit,” said Heidorn. “They keep each other motivated and keep internal morale high.”
James Sammon, Field Supervisor, added: “They are a very hard-working and productive crew. Everyone is reliable, and all of them are critical parts of the success of our projects. We are like a family here in Wyoming.”
