Congratulations to Weifield’s CO/WY and TX January, 2021 Employees of the Month! The January, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying employees who best represent Weifield’s People (‘P’) value in our PACT. The winners for both regions included:
CO/WY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: MARK HASELHORST
Mark Haselhorst, Weifield Field Supervisor, was nominated by Superintendent, Brad Chapman, who said the following:
From Brad: “Mark has been exceeding my expectations on. The way Mark leads his guys and gives direction while covering one million sq. ft. is a very difficult task. His leadership, communication, and drive is what makes Mark stand out. His composure while dealing with the chaos he is thrown each day with the changing conditions would break most people. If you have seen the site, you’ll know what I’m talking about.”
TX EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: GARRETT WHITE
Garrett White, Weifield Texas Project Manager, was nominated by Miguel Soto, Superintendent, who said the following:
From Miguel: “Garrett White exemplifies everything related to the People value in our PACT — from caring and teaching, to learning from others. He always goes out of his way to help others in the field when they need him.”
