Congratulations to our Tennessee June, 2023 Employee of the Month — Timmy O., Weifield Tennessee Apprentice!
The June, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Timmy was nominated by Kelsey M. (Weifield Tennessee Project Engineer), who said the following:
“Timmy just graduated from ABC last week, and for the last few months, he has taken on more of a leadership role at VUMC VI4. There are a few 1st Year Apprentices on the job, and he’s done a great job taking them under his wing and showing them the fundamentals of the trade.”
Timmy is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
