Congratulations to our Texas June, 2023 Employee of the Month — Ulises R., Weifield Texas Service Technician!
The June 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Ulises was nominated by Cody J. (Weifield Texas Service Technician), who said the following:
“Ulises constantly shows employees and customers how much he cares about people and the quality of work. He is always encouraging everyone he works with about safely working and making sure the work he touches is 110% for not only himself but for the customer. He always accepts responsibility for his work and is always making sure it’s done the way he himself would want it done for his home. Never complains about work or how much work we need to have done. Always on time and is early and ready to work and make the customer happy no matter the project. A huge asset to Weifield TX service department and wants to make the customer happy.”
Ulises is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
