Our Texas division’s Vinson & Elkins project in Austin, TX started in July 2021 with Harvey Cleary Builders (GC); it consisted of a Class AA tenant improvement office build-out of 45,000 sq. ft. of first generation space in a new core shell building in downtown Austin, Texas.
Harvey Cleary was especially thankful for Weifield’s hard work and communication.
