The Ferguson Warehouse project is a new 450,000 sq. ft. tilt-up warehouse in Aurora, CO with 4,000-amp service and 100% generator backup; the warehouse utilizes material handling equipment to send and receive inventory for distribution via their 75 loading docks. The facility also has an auto-pick section where robots automatically pick, pack, and deliver inventory in a multi-tiered storage system. Weifield recently worked with Whiting-Turner (General Contractors) on a 200,000 sq. ft. Phase 2 of the project – which completed in February of this year.
Whiting-Turner was especially thankful for Weifield’s leadership and attention to keep the progress moving ahead despite multiple changes during the project.
