Kudos to our Rocky Mountain March, 2024 Employee of the Month — Mike B., Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager!
The March, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Mike was nominated by Matthew C. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent) and Carly J. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Engineer), who said the following:
From Matthew: “Mike has gone beyond what his job entails and working with me as I’m still learning the Weifield processes. He has been great about showing and teaching me when I need it. Mike’s been very patient and continues to show me better ways. He makes my job enjoyable, especially when it takes a lot of the learning curve out of it.”
From Carly: “Mike’s exceptional dedication and initiative in advancing processes within the company have significantly contributed to our overall efficiency and success. He has taken the initiative to organize monthly training sessions specifically tailored for project engineers. These sessions have not only provided invaluable opportunities for skill enhancement but have also fostered a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our team. Mike has shown exceptional leadership qualities by actively engaging with participants, soliciting feedback, and continuously refining the training curriculum to address evolving needs and challenges. His proactive approach to professional development reflects positively on our company culture and underscores their dedication to ensuring the success of our projects. Therefore, I believe Mike is highly deserving of recognition as the Employee of the Month for his outstanding contribution to advancing processes within the company through their commitment to organizing monthly training sessions for project engineers.”
