Kudos to our Texas March, 2024 Employee of the Month — Cyrus S., Weifield Texas Foreman!
The March, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Cyrus was nominated by Garrett K. (Weifield Texas Construction Executive), who said the following:
“The short time Cyrus has been here, his dedication and knowledge to excel at advanced processes focusing on blue beam takeoff has been spectacular and is inspiring to all. He is the role model of how to start at the bottom and work to the top with the level of perfection he gives in anything he is tasked with. He is currently working on drawings for a large project and has received compliments on his level of detail by Richard White, Matthew G., and other Foremen. I wish everyone took the initiative to perform at this level like Cyrus does. He is always willing to help anyone out.”
Cyrus is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
