Kudos to our Tennessee March, 2024 Employee of the Month — Evan G., Weifield Tennessee Foreman!
The March, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Evan was nominated by Jeff G. (Weifield Tennessee Foreman) and Travis E. (Weifield Tennessee Superintendent), who said the following:
From Jeff: “Evan is really stepping up and becoming a leader. He accomplishes all of the goals that are set for him. He has great potential to be a great leader. We are grateful to have Evan on our team at Vandy SEZ.”
From Travis: “Evan shows initiative, willingness to learn, full of common sense and attention to detail. He’s hungry for the next task and usually gets on it before he is told. He’s a definite asset to Weifield and our site here at the South End Zone. Evan will be a future leader and it shows.“
Evan is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
