Kudos to our May, 2020 Employee of the Month — Dan Lapoehn!
This month’s round focused on identifying Weifeld’s ‘leaders from the front lines’ — celebrating an amazing leader who is demonstrating unparalleled leadership and focus during these times of uncertainty. Dan (CO/WY Field Supervisor) was nominated by Matt Flinn, WY General Superintendent, and CJ Wheeler, PM:
From CJ: “I have received several compliments from A&P (GC) on our CSU Moby project about Dan’s positive attitude, quality of work, ‘can do’ mentality, and safety practices with his crew and other crews on site. This is the first job we have done with A&P in quite some time and Dan is single-handedly creating another raving fan of Weifield.”
From Matt: “I have personally worked with Dan for years and none of these compliments I hear ever surprise me; he has the ‘can & will do’ attitude that makes our company great!”
