A big kudos to our Texas May, 2020 Employee of the Month — Adrian Sanchez!
The May, 2020 TX Employee of the Month also focused on identifying leaders from the front lines who have led their projects successfully despite the obstacles.
Adrian (TX Foreman) is helping to lead the Tom Glenn High School project in Leander, TX and was nominated by Weifield Texas COO, Richard White, and Field Supervisor, Robert Larson, who said the following:
From Robert: “Adrian shows up early, takes initiative, does what he says, and always has a positive attitude. I also want to acknowledge Adrian for taking English classes, which makes him a stronger leader. I’m glad Adrian is a part of the Weifield team.”
