Kudos to our Rocky Mountain May, 2022 Employee of the Month — Mike S., Weifield Senior Project Manager!
The May, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Mike was nominated by Taylor H. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent) who said the following:
From Taylor: “Mike came to us with a Bachelors Degree in Project Management as an apprentice electrician before transitioning to the project engineer role he is in now. Since moving into that role, he has done an unbelievable job learning our processes and furthering his career. I often times see Mike working with other project engineers to help teach them what we do and more importantly, he takes the time to teach them why. He is an asset to the Weifield team.”
Mike is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
