Kudos to our Texas May, 2022 Employee of the Month — Duong L., Weifield Texas Journeyman!
The May, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Duong was nominated by Ryan B. (Weifield Texas Superintendent) and Cody C. (Weifield Texas Project Manager), who said the following:
From Ryan: “Duong has done an excellent job building a professional relationship with our customer as well as embracing the responsibilities of a Journeyman. I look forward to building many jobs with him in the future.”
From Cody: “Duong has been doing an outstanding job running IBM Phase III as a Journeyman. He has shown excellent Leadership and Communication skills and is a production machine – there’s a reason we call him Young Money!”
Duong is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
