Kudos to our Rocky Mountain May, 2024 Employee of the Month — Dan L., Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent!
The May, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Dan was nominated by Brandon L. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Engineer), Matt F. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent and Ronald G. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager), who said the following:
“Dan just hit his 10-year mark with the company last month and the community culture he has fostered over these years has helped to create the company we are now! Dan consistently builds community both inside and out of Weifield. Dan is always working to improve morale on the team; he schedules trainings with the team to constantly improve skillsets and certification levels. Dan is extremely approachable and encouraging. This fosters great relationships within the team, with other trade partners, and with the GC. He is cool under pressure and assertive when he needs to be and that is what separates him from the pack and makes him a great leader in our community. Thank you for your dedication to our teams and projects!”
Dan is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
