Kudos to our Texas May, 2024 Employee of the Month — Manny P., Weifield Texas Superintendent!
The May, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Manny was nominated by Ryan B. (Weifield Texas Director of Field Operations), who said the following: “Manny has led his team through multiple difficult projects. His leadership and job safety has been recognized by Whiting-Turner several times throughout the projects. Manny and his team have helped in securing another two years’ worth of work at ABIA with Whiting- Turner. Not only has Manny managed his own projects but he has gone above and beyond by helping start the layout process for other projects. In the last year, Manny has encouraged four RTTs to test out and get their JW cards. Manny is an asset to the Weifield team, and we are happy to have him!”
Manny is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
