Weifield’s crew is halfway home on our 5710 2nd Floor project in Boulder, CO!
This project with valued GC partner, Swinerton, began in October 2023 and involves the construction of 18,000 sq. ft. of lab & office space for Mosaic Therapeutics with BioMed Realty.
The project scope includes new electrical distribution, integration of a standby generator, lab spaces with ceiling service panels, and other tenant improvement tasks. Our team’s current tasks include gear set installation, feeder rough-in, and overhead CO rough-in.
