Kudos to our Rocky Mountain November, 2023 Employee of the Month — Jason K., Weifield Rocky Mountain Assistant Project Manager!
The November, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Jason was nominated by Dan L. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent), who said the following:
“Jason represents the “C” value in our PACT not only in the Cheyenne community, but also at the job site. Jason is a veteran of the air force and an avid hunter. He is part of a nonprofit that provides guided hunts for military veterans from all around the country. This year alone he has guided multiple hunts and helped butcher almost 20 animals, including elk and antelope. Jason is also a huge team player on the job site. He brought in elk steaks for a BBQ for our guys, multiple breakfasts not for only our team, but also the GC on our site. Jason strives to get to the bottom of every problem and is not afraid to reach out or ask questions from any party involved. Jason is a huge asset to our success here at WAFB Helo, with his ever-persistent efforts to pave the way for good relationships within the community he lives and here on the job.”
Jason is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
