On Wednesday, December 6th, Weifield Texas (Gabriel S. – Estimator and Celina C. – HR Generalist) participated in a Mentor Visit for the first Skillpoint Pre-electrical class in Killeen, Texas!
During the visit, Gabriel was able to share his experience starting out in the trade through his apprenticeship and his career path to becoming and Estimator. Earlier this year, Weifield Texas wrote a letter of support so that Skillpoint Alliance could submit for additional grant funding to start classes in the Killeen Area.
We are excited to continue this partnership in this area as it will help our recruiting needs for 2024!
