Thanks to Weifield Construction Manager Nick Bull and wife, Jeannette, Weifield has now supported the annual Easter Seals Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) summer camps at Rocky Mountain Village in Empire, Colorado for several years — and again this summer! Rocky Mountain Village is fully accessible and used by more than 800 children and adults with disabilities during the summer camp sessions.
The MDA camps host over 100 campers over two weeks in June; the kids enjoy swimming, fishing, overnight camping, outdoor cooking, travel camp, day trips, arts & crafts, sports and recreation, hiking, dances, music & drama, horse-back riding, and riding the zipline.
In additional to financial support, Weifield provides great giveaways for the kids at the MDA camp — such as water bottles and this year, drawstring tote bags! We’re proud to support this fantastic organization!
