Our Texas division’s Employee Retirement Systems project in Austin, TX started in April 2019; it consisted of the new construction of a 400,000 GSF building in the Texas Capital Complex located in downtown Austin. It’s a six-story office building including one level of retail, five levels of office space, one level of below grade parking and three levels of above grade parking. It will be a multi-tenant building that replaces an existing one-story building.
