Congratulations to our Rocky Mountain September, 2022 Employee of the Month — Kyle A., Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Engineer!
The September, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Kyle was nominated by Trevino T. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager), Jeff H. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent), Bret W. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Senior Project Manager) and Steve F. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Foreman), who said the following:
“Kyle has picked up his new position as a Project Engineer quickly and is just as quick to help all the new hire PMs/PEs with our Weifield processes. He is always eager to learn more and goes above and beyond, no matter what position or role he is involved in. He assists with helping new PEs with questions, processes, etc. on a daily basis which in turn is helping out the PMs and Field Supervisors on the back end as well. Any task that is given to him, he immediately dives right in. I truly enjoy his positivity and his ‘can-do’ attitude. Kyle Acdal is the BEST!”
