Kudos to our Rocky Mountain September, 2023 Employee of the Month — Chris E., Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager!
The September, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Chris was nominated by Matt F. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent), who said the following:
“Chris deserves this PEOPLE award more than anyone I know!! Chris has been managing our Weapons Storage Project here in Cheyenne, WY for nearly four years now and continually demonstrates high levels of integrity every day onsite while dealing with the GC and fellow crew members. Chris has a very positive and embracing presence onsite while inspiring others to be the best they can around him. This is one of the toughest jobs we have ever endured and without Chris we would not be where we are at today!”
Chris is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
