Kudos to our Tennessee September, 2023 Employee of the Month — JT M., Weifield Tennessee Foreman!
The September, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
JT was nominated by Nick G. (Weifield Tennessee Foreman), who said the following:
“JT is all about doing the right thing, whether it’s for the job or the company — or just because he knows it’s the right thing to do. JT is personal about his work; he teaches others to think about what they may run in to for future work and enjoys teaches green helpers. He is a very big people person and is always trying to lead with the best intentions in mind.”
JT is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
