Kudos to our Texas September, 2023 Employee of the Month — Joshua C., Weifield Texas Superintendent!
The September, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Joshua was nominated by Garrett K. (Weifield Texas Construction Executive), who said the following:
“Joshua has become a true leader with handling more than one project at a time on the HEB Campus. I look for him to take on the largest projects in the future. Joshua represents the ‘P’ in out PACT because he cares about our culture, our growth, and has shown great leadership in handling more tasks than required. Joshua and his team are the very definition of People, and he holds our PACT to it’s true value of how it was created.”
Joshua is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
