Kudos to Weifield’s Austin Community College and PBS team for being named our Texas Crew of the Quarter!
This project with Rogers O’Brien (GC) – led by Chris Melchor (FS) and Christine Suggs (PM) – is a 187,000 sq. ft., four-story office building comprised of office and administrative support space (existing shell skeleton), with a one-story, 27,000 sq. ft. new addition of studio support space for ACC TV (partnering with KLRU). It also includes site improvements to include landscaping, landscape plaza, covered walks and surface parking.
