Congratulations to our CO/WY December, 2020 Employee of the Month — David Venter, Weifield Journeyman!
This month’s round focused on identifying Weifeld’s ‘leaders from the front lines’ — celebrating an amazing leader who is demonstrating unparalleled leadership and focus during these times of uncertainty.
David was nominated by Field Supervisor, Scott Waters, who said the following:
“I would like to nominate David Venter for his performance on the Weapons Storage Facility project in Cheyenne, WY. David has been a very important part of the team’s success during a very challenging structural phase of the project and is fully engaged with developing the layout and routings throughout the building and working with the design & construction team to find solutions. Great job David — your hard work is greatly appreciated!!!”
As the winning employee, David is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s internal and online communications.
