Kudos to our Texas April, 2021 Employee of the Month — Rob Carrington, Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The April, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Rob was nominated by Miguel Soto (Weifield Texas Superintendent) and Richard White (Weifield Texas Construction Executive), who said the following:
From Miguel: “Rob has demonstrated the core values since he relocated to the great state of Texas from Colorado. He has advanced in the field at each task he is assigned according to his capabilities. He has also been safety champ twice as nominated by the GC on our ACC TI project.”
From Richard: “Rob Carrington demonstrates integrity daily with a great positive attitude. He sets an example to those working around him using Weifield processes and keeps the humor live with Hawaiian shirt Fridays.”
Rob is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
