Congratulations to Weifield’s CO/WY April, 2021 Employee of the Month — Kai Chin, Weifield Apprentice!
The April, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Kai was nominated by Weifield Superintendent, Jeff Holderman, who said the following:
From Jeff: “Kai goes above and beyond what’s expected. He stays productive, and when he finishes a project he always finds a way to stay busy. Kai is very dependable and is usually the first person at work in the morning; his work is top notch and always exceeds expectations. I value him as a team member and leader. He is hard to outpace.”
Kai is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
